The secret to the deliciousness of our Organic Sencha Green Tea lies in the blend and manufacturing method. The tea leaves are subjected to a gentle steaming process, which halts the oxidation and fermentation, preserving the vibrant green color and removing the "grassy" aroma. Furthermore, the far-infrared roasting and pasteurization techniques bring out the original, impactful aroma and full flavor of the tea leaves.
Cold Brew Sencha Green Tea: A Refreshing Delight
In addition to the classic hot brewing method, we also recommend trying the Cold Brew Sencha Green Tea. The cold brew process makes it difficult to extract bitter and astringent ingredients, as well as caffeine, resulting in a mellow and refreshing taste. Furthermore, the vitamin C content is not destroyed by heat.
To prepare Cold Brew Sencha, simply add 3g of tea leaves (1 heaped tsp) to 100ml of water and brew in the refrigerator for 1-6 hours, depending on the batch size. For an even more delightful experience, you can add fruits like lemon, peach, pear, or blueberry to the Cold Brew Sencha.
